A bit about me. I love reading, researching and having a healthy and active mind. I equally like to stay physically strong by training weights, boxing and doing cardio outdoors in my spare time. I am a people person who gets a real kick out of seeing those around me succeed. This sometime means a tough love approach to help people reach their full potential. This approach works wonders as I have seen my clients grow as individuals and kick some serious goals, these include:
- win body building competitions
- compete in marathons,
- get “wedding ready,”
- regain pre pregnancy bodies
- prepare for boxing matches
I have a diverse range of clients with different needs, I don’t adopt a “one size fits all approach,” I believe in a tailored program that get the best results possible for the individual. This can include small group sessions, one-on-one sessions, diets, programs and Body Building competition preparation. If you have the vision and the drive there is nothing, we can’t achieve together.
