While the nature of group training does not allow for the personal attention that one on one training does, the bulk of clients doing group sessions still achieve amazing results. The average weightloss amongst our current groups members is around 10kg each and has allowed some to get into wedding or photoshoot condition. What is unique about our groups is that we cap the number at 4 which still means it is quite personal and all members have daily communication check ins and individual programming outside of the group sessions. This is also NOT A CLASS! Groups are not open to everybody. We take care in matching individuals who will work well together in both a fitness and social setting. This is not just who you train with, this is YOUR TEAM. Group sessions are a cost effective way to reach your fitness objectives in a fun and social setting.
