If athletic performance for a particular event is your goal then we leverage much of the same techniques used for our body transformations but incorporate them with particular athletic training methods to achieve the desired adaptations in athletic performance. If your goal is to run the Sydney City to Surf we will usually use a combination of methods. From bodybuilding techniques to minimize bodyfat (weight) and increase muscle mass to interval and steady state athletic workouts to adapt both the aerobic and anaerobic mechanisms of the body. To date we have worked with athletes competing at world championships in triathlon, boxing and bodybuilding as well other competitive athletes and recreational athletes in sports as far ranging as wind surfing to adventure racing and everything inbetween.
